Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
2. Manage and train staff to uphold our high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
3. Coordinate restaurant and event operations, ensuring seamless execution of large functions.
4. Monitor budgets, inventory, and scheduling to optimize performance.
5. Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to deliver excellence in every aspect.
Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in venues with both dining and event spaces.
7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
9. Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
10. Familiarity with event operations is a plus.
