Tick Education are seeking enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants in Bedford. We are currently working with primary schools in the Bedford area that are seeking Level 3 Teaching Assistants with Early Years qualifications.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging activities to young children
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
* Build positive relationships with children and staff
* Ensure school procedures and behaviour policies are being followed
* Monitor and support children’s progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Minimum 3 months experience in an early years setting
* Confident and proactive in the classroom
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to adapt teaching to meet the individual needs
