About the role
As the Fleet & Compliance Administrator, your day-to-day role will focus on supporting the smooth running of fleet operations and ensuring all compliance standards are consistently met. You will handle a range of administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and maintain accurate records to ensure vehicles and drivers remain fully compliant. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm.
You will be responsible for
Collating, reviewing, and filing compliance and maintenance paperwork from service agents.
Raising and managing purchase orders for fleet and compliance requirements.
Coordinating fleet maintenance schedules in collaboration with drivers, planners, and depots.
Monitoring and reporting on operational compliance to ensure standards are upheld.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for the fleet and drivers.
About you
You will be an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong IT skills, confident in using Excel and Word to manage data and reporting. Holding a valid Transport CPC, you will bring a solid understanding of logistics systems and compliance requirements. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. A keen eye for detail, accuracy in your work, and the flexibility to respond to urgent demands will help you succeed and add real value to our team.
