Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor Location: Templecombe We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Templecombe. This role is key in supporting the Facilities Manager with the delivery of our Technical Services contract, ensuring our client’s sites are maintained to the highest standards. You will oversee the day-to-day management of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring routine maintenance and reactive works are completed effectively, on time, and in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll drive performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of engineers to deliver planned and reactive maintenance. Identify, plan, and oversee remedial works, ensuring timely completion. Manage subcontractors and specialist suppliers, including audits and performance reviews. Support the Facilities Manager with capital replacement programmes and asset management. Act as the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Facilities Manager. Ensure all works are completed safely, on budget, and to agreed SLAs/KPIs.
