What You Will Be Responsible For
* Collaborate proactively with Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams on high-priority and competitive opportunities to drive regional success.
* Engage in regular opportunity strategy sessions with Sales and CSM, helping to analyse client requirements and identify the most effective ways to address unique challenges.
* Provide expert guidance on best practices for account management, value proposition development, and solution positioning that clearly differentiates SimCorp from competitors.
* Work collaboratively to monitor ongoing market trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring every client strategy is tailored to both local conditions and the broader commercial landscape.
* Offer hands‑on support to shape, review, and refine deal strategies, from initial qualification through to executive‑level engagement and closing.
* Build trusting advisory relationships across regional teams and act as a bridge between field operations and global Enablement, Product, and Marketing functions—sharing insights, success stories, and lessons learned for continuous regional and global improvement.
* Assist with regional SKO/SEKO delivery and enablement efforts throughout the quarter.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in a commercial, advisory, or enablement‑related role, ideally supporting sales teams or driving strategic business initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.
* Background in one or more of the following areas: Management consultancy, fintech, financial services, or enterprise B2B technology sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex sales environments.
* Ability to translate strategy into practical, deal‑ready guidance.
* Confident stakeholder communication skills.
* Comfortable working across Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing teams.
* Experience supporting enterprise or transformation‑led sales.
* Knowledge of asset management, capital markets, or adjacent verticals.
* Previous experience in sales, supporting sales or client‑facing teams.
* Curious and commercially minded.
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Structured thinker with strong judgement.
* Comfortable operating in fast‑moving situations.
* Motivated by impact rather than ownership of process.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $85,000–$115,000 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
