The Opportunity As a Senior Facilities Services Delivery Lead, you’ll play a central role in providing and improving the facilities that help our construction teams stay safe and productive. Your oversight will support daily operations, long term planning and the wider programme as we continue EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain. Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you will be based at HPC Bridgwater, Somerset. You’ll work within a fast paced setting where unplanned works can arise quickly, requiring you to reprioritise any time to maintain safe and reliable service provision across a complex site. You’ll help coordinate vital work streams, manage the delivery of facilities services across multiple areas and guide both EDF colleagues and embedded contractors. This includes contributing to temporary works activities, overseeing property and building assets, and supporting compliance across safety, environmental and regulatory frameworks. As part of a large multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help bring delivery partners together and solve challenges that make a meaningful impact while driving the transition towards An Electric Britain. Who You Are We’re looking for a Senior Facilities Services Delivery Lead who enjoys solving problems, motivating teams and delivering in a fast paced environment.
