We are seeking a Group Payroll Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to be responsible for processing our weekly and monthly in-house payrolls as well as liaising with our global payroll bureau regarding our outsourced payrolls.
Duties:
Process monthly payroll for our in-house and outsourced payrolls
Review employment activities that may give rise to a monthly payroll variance
Manage central payroll inbox to ensure all changes are collated by the relevant payroll cut-off date
Run gross to net and pay period comparison reports and review variances from previous pay period
Investigate employee pay issues
The ideal candidate will have:
Payroll administration processing experience (essential)
Strong academic background with good numerical aptitude
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
