Overview
Dual Site, Head Chef, East London. A GBP 45,000 + Service Charge (approx. A GBP 50,000 total package). Were looking for an experienced Head Chef ready to take on a bigger challenge. This role oversees two small but busy sites in East London, offering British and European-inspired menus with a focus on quality and consistency.
The Sites
* Site One: gastro pub style wine bar with a focus on fresh, seasonal dishes.
* Site Two: small plates, pizza, and relaxed dining.
The Role
* Oversee both kitchens, leading and mentoring existing teams.
* Drive menu development, standards, and kitchen administration.
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance across both sites.
The Team
* Site One: Sous Chef, Junior Chef, and a 6-person kitchen team.
* Site Two: Sous Chef responsible for stock and ordering.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a recognised venue.
* Strong knowledge of British and European cuisine.
* Confident managing multiple kitchens and building high-performing teams.
* Organised, hands-on, and passionate about fresh food and menu innovation.
