The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial gas industry and be proficient in the use of gas appliances and equipment. Responsibilities of the role include: Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas appliances and equipment Installing new gas appliances and equipment Troubleshooting gas leaks and problems Working with customers to ensure their satisfaction Qualifications for the role include: Commercial Gas ACS qualifications to include COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A. TPCP1 and BMP1, would be an advantage. Experience of working within a mobile service delivery contract. An understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), service targets and objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices. Strong customer care focus. Good communication skills. Proactive approach. Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults. Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner. Full UK Drivers licence. DBS Check required.
