With an established client base and ambitious growth plans, we're now looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive the consultancy side of our business forward. The Role This is a replacement role within a small but high-performing team of three. You'll be joining an established Business Development Manager who's already hitting targets, alongside a new BDM, and you'll take the lead in growing our consultancy services - covering compliance and tailored energy solutions. This is an 80% sales / 20% leadership role, where you'll lead by example. You'll combine hands-on, consultative selling with guiding and supporting the team, ensuring our consultancy arm meets its ambitious goals.
