About the Role
Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for a reputable client based in Scunthorpe.
This role involves a mix of local trailer runs and 45 national drops per shift, offering straightforward trunking work with regular weekday day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete local trailer runs or 45 national drops per shift
* Carry out vehicle checks before and after each shift
* Accurately complete PODs and delivery paperwork
* Ensure timely and professional deliveries
* Maintain compliance with driving hours and road safety regulations
Shifts & Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 start times
* Ongoing work available
* Immediate starts
Requirements
* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
* Minimum 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
* Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
