 
        
        Join us at Center Parcs Woburn Forest as a Retail Assistant in our Parcmarket village supermarket. Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for guests while working in an energetic, 365‑day environment.
RETAIL ASSISTANT – PARCMARKET
Hourly rate: £12.37 per hour.
Responsibilities
 * Serve customers at the checkouts, handling payments accurately.
 * Replenish stock and ensure that all goods are attractively displayed.
 * Deliver guest orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
 * Supply stock to other retail outlets on a daily basis and assist with any additional retail tasks.
 * Maintain a clean, organised and safe sales floor.
 * Tackle guest queries or issues personally, ensuring a positive experience.
Hours of Work
You will be contracted to 64 hours per four‑week period on a flexible basis. Working days and hours may vary each week, but your contracted hours will always be met. The village is open 365 days a year, so you may work on public/bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and other peak times.

Essential Requirements
 * Build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
 * Be naturally cheerful, friendly and patient.
Desirable Requirements
 * Computer literate and familiar with electronic point‑of‑sale systems.
 * Experience in problem solving and proactive service.
 * Retail background or relevant customer‑service experience.
