Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant & Play Leader
Pay Scale: Grade A (SCP4) £4504 Term time only
7 ½ hours per week (11.30am – 1pm Monday – Friday)

Overview

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, committed and organised individuals to join our vibrant, successful & supportive school family, who have the skills and energy to make our children\'s lunchtimes safe, active and fun. The role will involve working across all key stages; we are a Platinum Award OPAL School and we pride ourselves on the strength of play experience that we offer on a lunchtime. We want children to be outside in all weathers, exploring, building, creating and having fun. We need adults who are happy to put on a pair of wellies and join in with setting up exciting play opportunities - den building, mud kitchen mess and sand & water exploration.

* Loves working with children of all abilities; being able to forge positive relationships quickly.
* Loves ensuring children have access to high quality play experiences.
* Can lead by example and will embody our school motto: Every Pupil Matters, Every Moment Counts
* Works well as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
* And will embrace our school and OPAL Play values.

The post will be based in Marton Manor Primary School, however, the Trust reserves the right to require you to work at other schools within the Trust. As part of Lingfield Education Trust, there are exciting opportunities to work across the Trust and for career progression.
