GLF Schools are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Specialist to deliver compliant, value-for-money procurement across the Trust. This is a key role supporting strong governance, effective contract management and improved commercial outcomes, helping to maximise resources for education.
Your Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of procurement across GLF, leading high-value and strategically important purchasing activity across goods, services and works. The successful candidate will ensure all procurement is compliant, efficient and delivers best value. The role will take ownership of end-to-end tenders, from scoping and route-to-market through to award and mobilisation, while maintaining a robust contract register and forward pipeline to minimise risk. Working closely with school leaders and central teams, the successful candidate will provide expert guidance, build procurement capability and embed consistent practice across the Trust. A strong focus on supplier management, spend analysis and negotiation will drive efficiencies and secure value for money. The role also ensures high standards of governance and transparency, maintaining audit-ready processes and supporting assurance activity, while championing sustainable and ethical procurement. This will be a hybrid role, with a base at GLF Head Office (Banstead) and travel across Trust schools as required.
