Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the Legal Manager. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
As Legal Manager, you will report to the Senior Legal Manager of Danone Turkey and be responsible for the following:
* Providing day-to-day legal support to various business units.
* Offering consultancy mainly on sales and marketing processes/contracts, e-commerce, competition law, commercial advertisement regulation, IP matters, and other legal areas as needed.
* Supporting distributorship processes, consumer disputes, litigation matters, and liaising with external counsels.
* Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts of all kinds.
* Monitoring new regulations/amendments and preparing trainings for business units.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Graduated from law school and admitted to the Bar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in legal firms or in-house legal teams.
* Experience in sales and marketing processes, e-commerce, competition law, intellectual property law, contract law, and related litigation. Knowledge of the life sciences industry is a plus.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Self-disciplined, a strong team player.
* Research-oriented and systematic.
* A positive attitude, punctual reporting, effectiveness, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
