SEN Tutors Wanted - Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Reading
Location: Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Reading areas
Pay Rate: £20–£30 per hour (depending on experience)
Position: Flexible part-time or full-time tutoring roles
TP-Tutors is expanding its team of specialist SEN tutors to support students across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Reading. We work with young people who have a range of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
About the Role
You’ll provide tailored 1:1 or small group tutoring, creating bespoke learning plans that cater to each student’s unique needs. Your expertise will help students build confidence, improve their academic skills, and develop strategies for success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or minimum 3 years’ teaching or tutoring experience
* Experience supporting learners with a variety of SEN needs, such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.
* Ability to assess student needs and develop personalised schemes of work
* Strong communication skills and a patient, understanding approach
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
