The Role
We recognize Data as a critical strategic driver to fuel our growth ambitions. We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst with strong data analysis experience to support the delivery of our Investments Data Strategy and enhance our data capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the Business and Technology teams to clarify the business requirements, define the requirements for building data pipelines to develop our Data Platform and develop data management processes to manage the data.
1. Work with Business and Technology teams to define problems and facilitate gathering of requirements
2. Document high level and detailed requirements
3. Create end-to-end business process maps and data flows (Current AS IS and Future TO BE)
4. Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
5. Performing data analysis and gathering data/field/MI requirements
6. Perform data/field mapping across different systems to ensure consistency and to develop single source of data
7. Monitor data quality and facilitate removal of corrupt data
8. Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
9. Provide necessary support for testing in different environments
10. Support creation of requirement documentation, data dictionary, data sources inventory, etc.
This is 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.
