Support Worker Role at Liaise

We welcome caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Using provided training, assisting those we support with daily tasks
* Supporting in daily life activities such as social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions
* Maintaining up-to-date paperwork to document each person's needs and progress
* Collaborating positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to support residents
What We Would Like You to Have:
* A basic understanding of care is beneficial; no formal experience required
* Strong communication skills
* Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding
* Effective decision-making and judgment
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Commitment to achieving health and safety standards
