You’re a trusted senior, taking the initiative and setting the tone to create a seamless operation. You’re also keen to shape the individual culture of your location and deliver memorable experiences for our Guests and your Fish (team members) alike. What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi You’ll be the overall guardian of our culture and hospitality, ensuring the team consistently provides quality food, drink and service You’ll lead with passion - coaching, directing and building skills on all levels within your restaurant, driving your Fish to be better (or stranger!) You’ll seek out opportunities to drive growth and optimise, with good financial and operational planning and control You’ll build a strong community around your restaurant, welcoming all equally and making sure they leave the real world for a while in the time they spend with us at Sticks‘n’Sushi What you’ll bring to us You have a track record of excellence as a GM in a quality hospitality environment, ideally a premioum branded full table service restaurant.
