As a HR Advisor at SafeHR, you will advise a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, assisting with employment documentation and providing general HR support and advice.
If you have practical HR experience, hold a CIPD qualification, enjoy managing a varied workload, and want to help our customers create safer workplaces, this role could be perfect for you!
Day-to-day Responsibilities
1. Provide HR advice to clients across different sectors, supporting with employment documents such as contracts, employee handbooks, and policies, via phone, email, and video calls.
2. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and employment law to support clients effectively.
3. Maintain and update relevant systems to record HR advice accurately.
4. Understand customer needs proactively and identify opportunities for additional services.
5. Manage your workload in collaboration with the HR Technical Team Manager, aligned with client expectations.
6. Collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Work with the HR Technical Team Manager and other departments to identify and pursue improvement opportunities.
Requirements for Success
You should have prior experience in an HR advisory role, with a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. A minimum of 1 year of HR experience is required.
You must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service and managing stakeholder relationships. Customer service experience via phone and email is desirable.
Essential: CIPD Level 3
Desirable: CIPD Level 5
