We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all primary year groups, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school.
About the Role:
* Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Provide classroom support and lead small-group interventions
* Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to support pupil progress
* Opportunity to contribute to planning and wider school activities
* Long-term role with potential to become permanent
About You:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confident delivering lessons independently
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Flexible, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning
* Experience across primary phases desirable but not essential
Location: Newbury
Start Date: ASAP or January
Contract: Long-term; full-time preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
