Package Description Retail Stand Manager - 19.50 per hour Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts. Main Responsibilities Job responsibilities Attending pre-match meetings for Match Day's with the Retail Manager Ensuring catering outlets are ready for service at the agreed time for opening When required, assisting Team Leaders Checking open stock and documenting any alterations on stock sheets Completing stock checks and ensuring all company polices/procedures are being adhered too. Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures. Completing relevant documentation as required by the company Reporting staff potential to the Retail Manager, to aid in supporting their progression Regular checks on designated catering outlets, including end of service cleaning Ideal Candidate Experience in managing a team Great customer service and confident to diffuse customer complaints Great attention to detail alongside being able to work under pressure Experience in Stadiums is preferable, but not essential Excellent verbal communication skills Experience within a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
