What we’re looking for: * A strong Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to step up) with proven leadership experience of at least 2 years. * A confident decision-maker who can adapt quickly to different teams and environments. * Up-to-date knowledge of *Ofsted requirements* and the *Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)*. * A supportive leader who can inspire staff and build positive relationships with families. Key responsibilities include: * Managing nursery operations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS. * Leading and developing staff teams, ensuring excellent standards of care and education. * Supporting with budgets, occupancy, and financial targets. * Preparing nurseries for inspections and supporting quality improvement. * Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
