* Answering enquiries by telephone, post or email
* Processing payments accurately and efficiently
* Providing support and assistance for consultants
* Updating records in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring back-office systems are kept up-to-date
* Obtaining valuations and preparing new business reports
* Processing new business and producing client packs
* Carrying out trade instructions
* Developing technical knowledge on pensions and investments and keeping up to date with changes
* General correspondence and administration
* Opening, scanning, logging, and allocating incoming post (when needed)
