The Compensation and Policy Manager will lead the administration and continuous improvement of pay, bonus, policy and HR systems across all people and countries within the group. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end pay and bonus cycles, maintaining pay bands, benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks, and ensuring pay transparency and compliance with statutory requirements, including UK Gender and Ethnicity pay reporting. Working closely with payroll, finance, legal advisors, and people systems teams, the role oversees HR system functionality relating to compensation and policy, including advanced compensation processes, bulk uploads, workflow management and reporting dashboards. The successful candidate will create and maintain people policies and contracts in line with legislation and business needs, manage supplier relationships, support onboarding of new clubs, and provide clear guidance, training and communication to managers, club administrators and the People Services team. Acting as a subject matter expert, they will drive enhanced system capability, deliver insightful people analytics, and ensure a consistent, transparent and business-fit reward framework across the group.

About you:
* Compensation and policy experience in a similar role, has had previous responsibility for pay reviews and bonus payments, ideally across multiple countries.
* Experience of managing HR systems, ideally in the leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
* Previous responsibility for policy development, with desirable experience of global policies.
* Workday compensation, advanced compensation, HCM and Absence trained is desirable.
* CIPD qualification is desirable
