Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, you will play a key role in supporting coach education programmes across Great Britain and Ireland. This role requires strong administrative, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring education courses are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of Activities Coach and Level 2 coach education courses across GB&I Organise and administer courses through the internal CRM system Book venues and tutors, maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders Manage course bookings in line with agreed administrative procedures Register learners onto the learning platform and allocate login details Ensure course candidates receive course information within agreed timescales Manage course transfers, cancellations and amendments in line with terms and conditions Track learner progress including assessment documentation and record updates Maintain accurate coach education and licensing databases Issue certification to successful candidates Produce reports on coach education activity Provide administrative support for CPD and coaching development activity Act as the first point of contact for coaching and course enquiries Liaise with external awarding bodies and attend meetings and inspections as required Provide additional support to the wider training programme during busy periods Undertake any additional duties in line with the role Role Requirements Previous administration and database management experience Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines Experience organising and managing bookings or events Flexible and adaptable approach to work Customer and business focused mindset
