The role
Emanuel School is seeking an organised and proactive Estates Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of a busy Estates department. Working closely with the Estates Director and Estates Manager, you will play a central part in ensuring the schools facilities, compliance and operational systems run smoothly. Responsibilities span contractor coordination, health and safety administration, estates systems, record keeping and supporting projects across a large, active school site.
Offered initially as a six-month temporary appointment, the role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a well-resourced independent school environment, with the potential to become permanent. The position offers variety, responsibility and visibility, alongside the chance to help develop processes, introduce efficiencies and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
