Were looking for a Marketing Automation Executive to join our Digital Marketing team and help us deliver engaging, results-focused campaigns that support both new client acquisition and deeper relationships with our existing clients.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while spending set days in our Leicester office.
The role
As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, youll take the operational lead in deploying HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integration with our wider digital activity. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into impactful campaigns and journeys that align with our brand vision and client needs.
What youll be doing
develop and deliver automated workflows, nurture streams, and customer journeys in HubSpot
build and deploy targeted email campaigns with segmentation and personalisation for client and prospect audiences
set up and monitor lead scoring and grading models to enhance marketing effectiveness
integrate HubSpot with PPC and paid media campaigns for efficient lead routing and nurturing
own HubSpot campaign analytics, delivering actionable performance insights to stakeholders
maintain UK GDPR compliance and ensure high-quality, accurate data within HubSpot
create and optimise landing pages, forms, and templates in line with brand standards
design and implement client onboarding, cross-sell, and up-sell automation journeys
provide HubSpot training and support for colleagues as a subject matter expert
What youll bring
proven marketing experience, ideally in financial services
strong working knowledge of HubSpot and CRM tools
excellent project management and organisational skills
analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
creative approach to producing engaging marketing content
strong communication and collaboration skills
understanding of UK GDPR and data protection best practice
