Job Description
* Preparation of monthly management accounts for group entities
* Consolidation of group results and preparation of group-level reporting
* Assist in the development of monthly board packs and financial reports for stakeholders
* Variance analysis and commentary against budgets and forecasts
* Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
* Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support audit preparation and year-end processes
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic projects, acquisitions, and performance reviews
* Maintain and develop internal financial controls and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful MA/FA should have:
* ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
* Extensive knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
* Experience working within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
