Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with financial record-keeping using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
* Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite applications.
* Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
