Senior Business Operations Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Glastonbury, £13.05ph PAYE, Reference: OR19790 2 days remote, 3 days in the office Monitoring mailboxes for both services and signposting, responding to or actioning requests. Answering calls into the Duty phone to take messages; signpost callers; arrange a volunteer to support a young person in custody. Arranging venues and volunteers for panels. Providing admin support to interview processes. Monitoring and updating spreadsheets. Uploading documents and information onto children’s electronic records. Organising and taking notes for various meetings. Providing basic ICT and systems support to practitioners. Collating information for managers and quality assurance This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
