What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you will: Lead Lean Transformation and lighthouse projects to deliver performance and user experience improvements using the most appropriate lean, agile, and problem-solving tools and techniques Drive and sustain the maturity of the Rolls-Royce Production System across the business against minimum standard criteria Coach the organisation and business leaders in Lean Build improvement capability across the site, identifying opportunities, coaching and supporting as needed Deliver Lean training at all levels across the business to enhance understanding and adoption Act as a focal point for knowledge sharing and best practice across the organisation Who We’re Looking For: At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple, and make a difference.
