We are seeking a vibrant Year 3 Class Teacher to join a quirky but delightful class with no significant behavioural challenges. The class has a mixed ability profile, including one child with an EHCP and two children with ADHD, and benefits from additional support where needed. The school promotes a caring, inclusive ethos where every child is encouraged to thrive.
The ideal Year 3 Class Teacher will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and high expectations for all learners
• Have experience or strong understanding of SEND strategies
• Be passionate about creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment
