Location: Hybrid (UK) – remote with 1–2 days in London per week
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (direct line will evolve)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a flexible and detail‑oriented Brand and Content Writer to help define how we communicate.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Create and craft – Write clear, engaging, audience‑focused content for marketing channels, campaigns, emails, help content, microsites and more.
* Translate strategy and insight into words that land – balancing tone, purpose and clarity.
* Collaborate and influence – Work alongside designers, product teams and marketers to shape content that enhances experiences.
* Partner with others to frame challenges, question assumptions and elevate outcomes.
* Champion writing quality – Help define and iterate voice and tone principles and clear editorial guidelines that are consistent and practical.
* Advise colleagues on writing best practices, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
* Iterate and improve – Use data, research and usability insights to refine copy and content strategies.
* Participate in user testing, editorial reviews and content planning sessions.
To Thrive In This Role You’ll Need
* 5+ years’ writing experience in UX writing, content design, brand content or editorial work.
* A demonstrable record in content design, architecture and writing as a vital business communication discipline.
* Experience writing for different media formats and lengths.
* Exceptional command of language, tone and audience‑centred writing.
* Comfortable switching between product, brand, marketing and internal content.
* Experience in iterative processes: testing, feedback cycles and continuous refinement.
* Deep familiarity with intentional, safe use of AI to accelerate content ideation and production while maintaining creativity and quality.
Nice To Have
* Knowledge of agile ways of working and a product‑led environment.
* Familiarity with data‑informed content decisions.
* Experience writing in tech, health or regulated industries.
* Experience mentoring or leading writing workshops.
