Working Hours:
Monday to Friday / 9:00am – 5:30pm
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join a busy and supportive property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within Property Management, with full training and development provided.
You will support the Property Management team in the day-to-day running of a residential portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Property Management team with daily operations
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and third-party contractors
* Assisting with maintenance issues and repair coordination
* Handling general property-related queries and administration
* Supporting compliance and routine property checks
* Helping to ensure a high level of customer service across the portfolio
* Learning all aspects of residential property management within a fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in property is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
