The Role
This is not a typical engineering role.
You’ll join a small, high-impact team tasked with building and launching a new product from day one, working closely with senior technical and delivery leadership.
The role offers real ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct product impact — ideal for engineers who want to move quickly, learn fast, and build meaningful systems in a startup environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and ship a new product from the ground up as part of a focused team
* Develop across the stack using modern technologies (frontend + backend)
* Deliver user-facing features in short iteration cycles
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership
* Contribute to scalable architecture and clean code practices
* Gain exposure to:
* DevOps and CI/CD
* Performance optimisation
* AI-driven features and tooling
* Enterprise-grade system design
What They’re Looking For
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Solid grounding in JavaScript / TypeScript
* Experience with React and/or Node.js
* Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
* Proactive mindset with a bias toward building and learning
* Actively leveraging AI tools in day-to-day development
* Available to start April–May 2026
Nice to Have
* Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
* Side projects, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial experience
* Interest in automation, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
