What youll be doing
As an SEO Manager at CTI, youll be the technical guardian of our clients organic visibility. Youll go beyond standard keyword research to deconstruct site architectures and lead the strategy for high‑stakes migrations and complex builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Deep‑Dives: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and fix crawlability, indexation, and rendering issues.
* Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute long‑term SEO strategies that align with broader business goals and digital transformation projects.
* Migration Mastery: Lead the SEO workstream for site migrations, ensuring zero loss in equity and a seamless transition for users and search engines.
* Collaborative Consultation: Act as a bridge between marketing and development, providing clear, actionable technical specifications to our engineering teams.
* Data Storytelling: Use data to illustrate performance trends, providing stakeholders with clear insights and a roadmap for continuous growth.
* Innovation Hunting: Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry - from AIs impact on search to the latest algorithm shifts - and turn that knowledge into a competitive advantage for our clients.
Qualifications
