Portfolio proudly represents one of the UK’s leading professional service providers for HR, Tax, Health and Safety, and Reward. We are seeking experienced HR Advisors to join a fast-growing, award-winning organization with significant growth plans, part of a global group.
The successful candidate will provide professional HR and Employment Law advice and excellent service to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Teamwork is essential to ensure advice is legally compliant and tailored to client needs. Sometimes, it may be necessary to highlight non-compliant options and inform clients of associated risks.
High-level training and opportunities for progression into senior roles will be provided.
Vacancies:
* Vacancy 1 – 9pm – 7am (4 on 4 off)
* Vacancy 2 – 9pm – 7am, Wednesday to Saturday for 2 weeks, then Tuesday to Friday for 2 weeks
* Vacancy 3 – Saturday 7am – 5pm
The HR Advisor responsibilities include:
* Providing legally compliant advice with a personal touch
* Guiding clients on employment law and HR inquiries
* Offering innovative solutions and ideas
* Owning cases from start to resolution
* Building rapport with clients
* Responding within contractual SLAs
* Accurately recording advice in relevant databases
* Supporting documentation and information implementation
* Drafting ad-hoc letters as needed
* Attending legal briefings and training to ensure compliance
* Staying current with legislation and best practices through self-study
