Overview
We are currently recruiting for Career Advisers to join our expanding Education and Business Team in Oxfordshire. This vacancy is part time, term time, 28 hours per week. The Careers Adviser role includes the delivery and coordination of Careers Information, Advice and Guidance activities in schools/colleges, including one-to-one guidance interviews and aspirational/motivational group work (both programme style and individual sessions). You will help young people achieve successful transitions, build confidence, and establish effective partner relationships with schools, colleges and employers. We work with more than 270 schools and colleges across the country, creating tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs. We support innovation and provide opportunities to lead and design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups, based on evidence for maximum impact. Sessions may cover digital careers, building resilience, and challenging career stereotypes.
We will provide full support from our school and colleges team, with opportunities to share ideas and best practices for in-school delivery.

Responsibilities
* Deliver and coordinate Careers Information, Advice and Guidance activities in schools/colleges, including one-to-one guidance interviews and group work (programme style and individual sessions).
* Develop and implement targeted sessions for students across different year groups based on evidence to maximise impact.
* Utilise digital careers, resilience-building, and stereotype-challenging content as part of delivery.
* Establish and maintain effective partnerships with schools, colleges and employers.
* Collaborate with the Education and Business Team to plan in-school delivery and share best practices.
Qualifications
* Relevant Level 6 qualification related to Information, Advice and Guidance.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this part-time, term-time position is between £19,698 and £22,321 per annum depending on experience (London weighting may apply).
