IT Manager (Part-Time) - Harrogate
£17 per hour (£32,000 pro-rata)

We are working with Harrogate Neighbours, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing care and support in the community, to recruit a part-time IT Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional to play a pivotal role in managing and developing IT systems across the organisation. Working 16 hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are delivered, this role ensures that Harrogate Neighbours has robust IT infrastructure, effective cyber security, and compliant data management practices.
As IT Manager, you will oversee IT operations on a day-to-day basis, act as the main contact for their external IT support provider, and lead the implementation of new systems to ensure staff have the tools and confidence to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe, effective, and compliant IT systems across the organisation.
2. Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring GDPR compliance.
3. Support the Director of Finance, IT & Compliance to develop and deliver IT strategy.
4. Manage the performance of the external IT provider to ensure value-for-money service.
