Job Description Responsibility Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always Lead national focuses & incentives like WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & in-gym challenges / events Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE. Leading by example in this area and supporting, and training the wider team to improve confidence and delivery Recruit, train & develop Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers Ownership of group training timetables, monitoring performance, and optimising to grow engagement while delivering within budget and delivery of your own on shift classes Big focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement Supporting the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis Support the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and various others like seal checker, kronos and branch scheduler etc. Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the gym Overall accountability for equipment care, basic maintenance & logging issues through ARMs swiftly & to a high standard Actively engaging with our Fitness Development Managers & the wider fitness manager network
