Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing
Pay: £88.94 – £95 per day (paid via PAYE – no umbrella fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a Level 3 TA, you will support teaching and learning, deliver small-group interventions, provide 1:1 support where required, and help maintain an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Deliver small-group interventions and targeted activities
* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Assist teachers in preparing resources and classroom organisation
* Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
* Contribute to a safe, nurturing school environment
Candidate Requirements
✔ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to support a range of learners, including SEN pupils
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
