The Opportunity
Culture & Engagement Officer
We believe that a thriving culture is the foundation of high performance. As our Culture & Engagement Officer, you will shape the employee experience by designing and delivering initiatives that bring our values to life and support the business in achieving its goals. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections between people, purpose, and performance. You will lead engagement strategies, internal communications, and DEI initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and accountability. From team building and recognition programs to wellness campaigns and feedback loops, you will ensure our culture is felt across every team and touchpoint.
You will work closely with the People Team and senior leaders to embed engagement into the rhythm of the business, supporting retention, morale, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating updates, empowering Culture Champions, and analysing survey data to drive improvement. Your work will influence how our people feel, perform, and grow. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engagement strategies aligned with RLG's mission, values, and business priorities
* Lead culture-building initiatives including wellness, team-building, and internal campaigns
* Develop and implement DEI strategy, including training, awareness, and external partnerships
* Oversee internal communications and coordinate key engagement events and business updates
* Empower Culture Champions to lead local initiatives and advocate for company values
* Manage inclusive recognition programs that celebrate achievements and support talent strategy
* Run regular employee surveys and pulse checks to gather feedback and assess engagement
* Analyse feedback data to identify trends and collaborate on action plans
* Coordinate cross-functional delivery of engagement initiatives with commercial awareness
* Report progress to leadership and continuously refine strategies based on outcomes and best practice
