We are looking for a maternity cover Receptionist to join our team here at Hazel Leys!

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, pro‑active, well‑organised and resilient Receptionist to join us for on a fixed term 6 month contract.

With responsibility for managing the front of house area, answering and directing calls and emails to the Academy and general administration duties.


Qualifications / Requirements

You should:

* possess excellent communication and customer service skills,
* be resilient whilst maintaining the professional image of the Academy at all times,
* be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise your own workload,
* have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure,
* be flexible in approach to your role,
* have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.

Working hours 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 3pm on a Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Hazel Leys Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is based close to the centre of Corby and has a long and strong history of serving the local community and of teaching generations of families.
