Senior Family Solicitor (Divorce & Finances)Location: Nuneaton (Head Office)Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Working Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm

The Opportunity:We're looking for an experienced and confident Family Solicitor to handle a varied caseload focused on divorce and finances, with some involvement in private children matters. This is a key hire for the department, offering the chance to influence and help shape the team’s future direction as the department continues to expand.
You’ll work alongside a small, collaborative team of fee earners, paralegals and legal assistants across two sites, with the flexibility to work hybrid once embedded in the role.
What You'll Need:? Minimum 5 years’ PQE in private family law? Expertise in handling complex divorce, finances and children matters? Advocacy experience – confident in court representation? Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision? Excellent client care and interpersonal skills? Proven billing performance and commercial awareness
