Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Drama Teacher to deliver exceptional lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of theatre and performance, helping students to grow in confidence and creativity. The role also includes contributing to a thriving programme of school productions, drama clubs, and wider co-curricular opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach dynamic and engaging Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5 in line with the school s high standards
* Direct and support school productions and showcase performances
* Encourage student participation in local and national drama opportunities and festivals
* Monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support
* Work collaboratively within the Arts Department to enhance the creative curriculum
* Promote the values of confidence, self-expression, and collaboration

What We re Looking For
* A degree in Drama or a related discipline
* QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Drama up to KS5 (applications from ECTs are welcome)
* A deep passion for the performing arts and inspiring girls through creative education
* Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage
* A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset in line with the school s values
