About the Role
As a Demi-Chef de Parties, you will help create a memorable culinary experience for our guests with attention to detail and passion for flavors. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with planning, ordering, preparing, and creating delicious dishes.
2. Ensuring presentation, taste, texture, and quality are maintained.
3. Supervising, leading, and training a team of commis chefs.
4. Maintaining and reporting on health and safety practices.

About You
You naturally provide high-quality service with attention to detail, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy supporting your colleagues. An approachable, positive, and proactive attitude is essential. Experience in a 4-star hotel role and a degree or certificate in culinary arts are advantageous.
