We partner with IFAs, Paraplanners, Compliance professionals, and IFA Administrators nationwide, earning a reputation for speed, quality, and deep market insight.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front – actively winning and delivering on client mandates
* Hire, train, and inspire a high‑performing London‑based recruitment team
* Drive business development and increase market penetration
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading wealth‑management clients
* Implement performance strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
* Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, growth, and success
Qualifications
* Proven recruitment billing experience, ideally within Financial Services / Wealth Management (open to other professional sectors)
* Experience managing and growing a recruitment team
* Confident business developer, capable of opening doors and building long‑term client relationships
* Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets and driving revenue
* Strategic, commercially minded, and passionate about developing people
