Are you a qualified lecturer with a strong trade background looking to return to a more hands-on, workshop-based role? Workshop Skills Instructor Electrical Salary: £30,427 - £42,136 per annum pro rata (Grade 3 - 4) Academic, full and part-time opportunities available Full-time means 30 hours of delivery plus 7 hours to prep and plan Excellent suite of total reward benefits About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Electrical team in a role dedicated to practical delivery, learner engagement, and skills development at Level 1 and 2. This position is ideal for lecturers who want to spend more time in the workshop, directly supporting learners in developing their technical abilities. What You Will Do Deliver engaging, practical sessions in our electrical workshops. Support learners in developing core trade skills and work readiness. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-equipped workshop environment. Collaborate with teaching teams to support learner progress and curriculum planning. What You Will Bring Experience as a lecturer or instructor in the FE sector. Strong background in the electrical or construction trades. Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a relevant trade. A passion for practical teaching and learner development. A commitment to high standards of safety, inclusion, and learner support. Why This Role?
