This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Marketeer to work with key stakeholders and help with future vision and expansion of the business. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a growing marketing team, launching and running digital marketing campaigns, and driving B2C online sales. This role is remote. Responsible for all aspects of marketing including brand management, full-funnel and media strategies, web site experience, partnering with our third-party agencies, online teams, CRM, promotions, traffic driving strategies, and other marketing-related activities. Ensure teams execute plans in timely manner. You will also be overseeing the marketing team. Rolling out campaigns, brand, and seasonal strategies online. Drive new ideas and strategies to retain, grow and/or acquire new customers. Leading media partnerships and relationships, including media planning, asset delivery, creative development of advertising materials and post-campaign effectiveness. Developing and executing strategy for online, traffic driving, brand engagement and customer events. Coordinate with digital marketing to create and maintain existing and future B2C sales funnels. Driving current and new promotional initiatives, including traffic driving and brand building ideas. Ensuring all CRM, loyalty, social media, digital, and event strategies are integrated with the overall marketing strategy. You will need to coordinate the overall content calendar, including specific social media account calendars. This role will oversee all PR activities and influencer relationships. Responsible for the voice of the brand in a digital space, in alignment with the marketing direction and local product strategy. Participate and contribute in cross-functional strategy meetings. Represent and drive marketing objectives and strategies within the wider business strategies.
